Return & Refund Policy
At NRI Assets consultancy, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our services. As we primarily offer customized interior design and execution services, the following policy applies.
1. Service-Based Policy
All services provided by NRI Assets consultancy are customized based on individual client requirements, site conditions, and approved designs. Therefore, returns are not applicable once a service has been initiated.
2. Advance Payments
Any advance payment made is utilized for design planning, site evaluation, resource allocation, and initial project preparation. Hence, advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
3. Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations requested before the start of design or execution may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

- If cancellation occurs after design approval or project initiation, refunds will not be applicable.

- Any work already completed at the time of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
4. Design Revisions
Design revisions are accommodated as per the agreed scope of work. Excessive changes or revisions beyond the agreed terms may involve additional charges and do not qualify for refunds.
5. Material Orders
Materials procured or ordered specifically for a project cannot be returned or refunded once purchased, as they are customized and selected based on client approval.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
NRI Assets consultancy is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including material availability, site readiness, labor issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
